2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

  • Holeria provides a digital platform through which merchants can present their products and customers can place pre-orders for pickup.

4. Fees and Payment Processing

  • 4.1 Holeria Commission
Holeria receives an intermediary commission for every successfully completed order.
The commission is set individually, between:
    • 5% and 8% of the net merchandise value.
The agreed merchant category is decisive.

  • 4.2 Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled through the payment service provider Mollie.
Holeria may collect payments on behalf of merchants and, after deducting the agreed commission, pay out the remainder to the merchant.

  • 4.3 Transaction Fees
In addition to Holeria's commission, the payment service provider's transaction costs apply.
These costs are charged to the merchant.
The fee amount depends on the payment method chosen by the customer.

    Currently supported payment methods:

*Only Mollie's current terms are decisive.

Holeria is entitled to adjust fees accordingly if the payment service provider changes theirs.
